摘 要: | 目的 分析垂体肿瘤转化基因(PTTG)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达及其与胆管癌临床病理特征的关系,探讨其临床适用性.方法 选取2010年3月至2015年6月于我院就诊的46例胆管癌患者的病理标本作为试验组,另选择同时期的40例正常肝外胆管组织作为对照组.应用免疫组织化学法,观察PTTG和bFGF在两种组织中的表达差异,同时分析PTTG和bFGF表达与胆管癌临床病理指标的相关性,运用Spearman等级相关分析PTTG和bFGF表达的相关性.结果 试验组中PTTG基因蛋白表达阳性38例,阳性表达率为82.61%,对照组中PTTG基因蛋白表达阳性19例,阳性表达率为47.50%,两组阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中bFGF表达阳性34例,阳性表达率为73.91%,对照组中bFGF表达阳性10例,阳性表达率为25.00%,两组阳性率比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组组织中PTTG和bFGF表达阳性率与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤浸润深度有关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、肿瘤位置均无关(P>0.05);Spearman等级相关分析结果显示胆管癌表达水平中PTTG与bFGF表达情况呈等级正相关(r=0.29,P<0.05).结论 垂体肿瘤转化基因和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在胆管癌中的表达显著,与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤浸润深度有关,两种指标联合监测临床价值较高.

Expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene and basic fibroblast growth factor and its relationship with clinicopathological features of cholangiocarcinoma |

Abstract: | Objective To analyze the expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene (PTTG) and basic fibro-blast growth factor (bFGF) and its relationship with clinicopathological features of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The pathological specimens of 46 patients with cholangiocarcinoma were selected from March 2010 to June 2015 in our hos-pital as the test group, and 40 specimens of normal extrahepatic bile duct tissue were selected at the same period as the control group. Immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression of PTTG and bFGF in the two groups. The correlation between PTTG and bFGF expression and clinicopathological features of cholangiocarcinoma were ana-lyzed. Results PTTG gene was positively expressed in 38 patients (with the positive expression rate of 82.61%) in the test group and in 19 patients (47.50%) in the control group, showing statistically significant difference in positive expres-sion rate between the two groups (P<0.05). bFGF was positively expressed in 34 patients (with the positive expression rate of 73.91%) in the test group and in 10 patients (25.00%) in the control group, with statistically significant difference in positive expression rate between the two groups (P<0.05). In the test group, the positive expression rates of PTTG and bFGF were correlated with tumor differentiation degree, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and tumor depth of invasion (P<0.05), but not with gender, age, tumor size, tumor location (P>0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that expression of PTTG and bFGF in cholangiocarcinoma were positively correlated (r=0.29, P<0.05). Conclusion Pitu-itary tumor transforming gene and basic fibroblast growth factor are significantly expressed in cholangiocarcinoma, which are related to tumor differentiation, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion. Monitoring of the two indexes has high clinical value. |
