膝关节半月板和关节软骨病变的磁共振诊断

摘    要:
笔者分析了49例52个膝关节的半月板和软骨MR扫描资料。手术组半月板撕裂诊断的敏感性78.94%,特异性94.64%,准确性90.66%。对采用自旋回波T_1加权像的37例关节,作了软骨厚度测量,结果为:膑骨软骨最厚,胫骨平台次之,股骨髁软骨最薄,比例大约为2:1:1。指出,MR像上软骨的任何局部信号及任何局部轮廓改变都应视为病变。

Abstract:
MRI of 52 knee joints in 49 cases was analysed.The sensitivity was 78.9%,speci-ficity 94.64%and accuracy 90.66%in the diagnosis of meniscus in surgical group. The thickness of cartilage of 37 knee joints was measured on spin-echo T_1-weighted image. We found that the carti-lage of patella is the thickest,Next is that of tibial plateau,and the cartilage of femoral condyle is the thinnest,the ratio being about 2:1:1.The authors were of the opinion that any changes of focal sig- nal or outline of the cartilage on MRI should be regarded as manifestations of some lesion.
