| 膝关节半月板和关节软骨病变的磁共振诊断 | |

| 摘 要： | 笔者分析了４９例５２个膝关节的半月板和软骨ＭＲ扫描资料。手术组半月板撕裂诊断的敏感性７８．９４％，特异性９４．６４％，准确性９０．６６％。对采用自旋回波Ｔ＿１加权像的３７例关节，作了软骨厚度测量，结果为：膑骨软骨最厚，胫骨平台次之，股骨髁软骨最薄，比例大约为２：１：１。指出，ＭＲ像上软骨的任何局部信号及任何局部轮廓改变都应视为病变。 |

| Abstract: | MRI of 52 knee joints in 49 cases was analysed.The sensitivity was 78.9%,speci-ficity 94.64%and accuracy 90.66%in the diagnosis of meniscus in surgical group. The thickness of cartilage of 37 knee joints was measured on spin-echo T_1-weighted image. We found that the carti-lage of patella is the thickest,Next is that of tibial plateau,and the cartilage of femoral condyle is the thinnest,the ratio being about 2:1:1.The authors were of the opinion that any changes of focal sig- nal or outline of the cartilage on MRI should be regarded as manifestations of some lesion. |
