| 摘 要： | 笔者报告４６例幼年强直性脊柱炎。重点分析了本病侵犯骶髂关节、脊柱、外周关节及附病时的Ｘ线表现。鉴于本病在临床及Ｘ线诊断中与幼年类风湿性关节炎及成人强直性脊柱炎存在某些混淆，重点讨论了本病与后二者的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | cases of juvenile ankylosing spondylitis(JAS) were reported. The X-ray manifes-tations of JAS were analysed,especially the involvement of sacroiliac joints,spine,peripheral joints,and entheses.The differential diagnosis between JAS and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis of the adult was discussed in view of the existing diagnostic confusions. |
