| 摘 要： | 肾动脉狭窄(RAS)与心血管疾病,如难治性高血压、发作性一过性肺水肿、反复心力衰竭、不稳定型心绞痛等密切相关。RAS也是引起缺血性肾病,导致肾功能不全及终末期肾病的重要原因之一,对患者生存率具有重要影响。早期诊断、采取合理的治疗方案,对改善患者生活质量及预后具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Renal artery stenosis(RAS)and cardiovascular diseases such as intractable hypertension,paroxysmal transient pulmonary edema,repeated heart failure,unstable angina are closely related,which is also an important cause of ischemic nephropathy,renal insufficiency and the end-stage renal disease with great influence on the survival rate.So early detection and rational treatment of renal artery stenosis are of great importance to the patients′ quality of life and prognosis. |
