糖尿病是一种常见且多发的内分泌疾病,其复杂且多方面的代谢异常导致诸多器官结构和功能的损害。分子生物学技术的发展使人们开始在体液代谢异常上研究糖尿病及其并发症。水通道蛋白作为一种跨细胞膜转运水分子蛋白,在一些水代谢障碍疾病中发挥着重要作用。现对水通道蛋白及其与糖尿病并发症的相关性进行综述。

Research Progress in Correlation between Aquaporins and Diabetes Complications

Diabetes mellitus is a common multiple endocrine disease.It often causes very complex and various metabolic abnormalities,which can lead to organ damages.With the development of the molecular biotechnology,researchers begin to study this disease and its complications from the perspective of humoral metabolic abnormalities.Since aquaporins(AQPs)play critical roles in controlling the water metabolism as integral membrane proteins,here is to make a review on the AQPs and its relation to the diabetic complications.
