补肾益气中药治疗创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死的病理学观察

目的探讨补肾益气中药对创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗作用。方法建立兔右侧创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死模型32只，以体重、兔龄配对，分别给以补肾益气中药煎剂灌服和矿泉水灌服；8周后处死动物并取材，进行大体观和组织病理学观察。结果所有动物模型股骨头均有程度不同的骨坏死的组织学表现，诸如骨髓水肿、骨髓造血细胞的减少、骨髓组织成分的坏死、骨髓纤维化、骨细胞消失、骨小梁断裂等，补肾益气中药煎剂灌服与矿泉水灌服空骨陷窝、成骨细胞数量有显著性差异（P〈0．01），补肾益气中药煎剂灌服结果显示修复过程比矿泉水灌服活跃，表现为成骨细胞的密集而且形态饱满，有较多的新生骨贴附于骨小梁上，未出现股骨头塌陷，而矿泉水灌服动物模型股骨头有2例出现塌陷。结论创伤后组织学上骨坏死具有普遍性；补气益肾中药治疗对创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死的修复有积极的作用。

Experimental Research on Prevention of trauma-induced Avascular Necrosis of The Femoral Head(ANFH)with tonify shen and qi Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective The goal of this study is to observe the effect on the model of femoral head necrosis in rabbits fed on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods Osteonecrosis models were made by destroyed the vascular to the fight femoral heads and hip dislocation in 32 rabbits by an opration. Two groups from all rabbits were matched according to the rabbits weight and age. One was fed on mineral water and another was fed on tonify shen and qi Traditional Chinese Medicine. All rabbits were killed at the eighth week. The femoral head was taken out and observed. Result Osteonecrosis in different stages can be seen in all the model heads. There is significant difference between in the models in fed on mineral water and fed on tonify shen and qi Traditional Chinese Medicine. Conclusion It is a common phenominon that osteonecrosis occurs in femoral heads after a trauma. Tonify shen and qi Traditional Chinese Medicine acts an active effect in the repair of the osteonecresis in the femoral head reduced by trauma.
