甲基强的松龙冲击疗法在脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离术前应用的临床研究

摘    要:目的 评价甲基强的松龙冲击疗法(简称冲击疗法)在脉络膜脱离型机网膜脱离(简称脉脱型网脱)术前应用的疗效。方法 治疗组10例(10眼)在本病术前采用冲击疗法,对照组10例(10眼)在本病术前采用一般疗法。比较二者术后的疗效。结果   手术复位率:治疗组 70%.对照组 40%,二者有显著性差异(P<0. 05)。结论术前采用冲击疗法治疗本病,能更迅速、更可靠地抑制脉络膜炎症.更快地使脉脱减轻或消失.更有效地抑制PVR形成,从而早期手术,明显提高手术复位率,进一步提高视力,无副作用。

Abstract:Objective To appraise the clinical research of the pre--surgery applying Methyl --prednisolone battering treatment in retinal detachment with choroid detachment. Methods Treating group: 10 cases (10 eyes ) apply battering treatment in this disease before surgery. Comparing group: 10 cases (10 eyes) apply general treatment, pre--surgery in this disease. To compare the both post --surgery therapeutics effect. Results Surgical reattaching ratio:treating group 70%,comparing group 40%. The both have obvious difference (P <0. 05). Visual acuity increases to 0. 1 ~ 0. 2: treating group: 30%,comparing group 10%. The both have obvious difference (P <0. 05). Conclusions To apply battering treatment to treat this disease before surgery can restraint choroiditis more rapidly,decrease choroid detachment more dependably or disappear,constraint PVR forming more effectively, then make early surgery. To increase surgical reattaching ratio obviously,increase visual acuity further without side--effects.
