| 摘 要： | 目的人评价玻璃体后脱离的临床意义。方法 对２６例（２６只眼）玻璃体后脱离病例进行了临床分析。结论 ２６例病例中,单纯性玻璃体后脱离５只眼,伴有视网膜裂孔１１只眼,视网膜出血８只眼,视网膜脱离３只眼。结果 玻璃体后脱离时会引起一些玻璃体视网膜的并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate posterior vitreous detachment clinically.Methods 26 eyes were analysed clinically.Results Among 26 eyes,5 eyes were simple posterior vitreous detachment,lleyes had retinal holes or tears and 8 eyes had retinal blood and 3 eyes had retinal detachment respectively.Conclusion Some complications may exist when posterior vitreous detachment take place. |
