参芪扶正注射液对恶性肿瘤化疗减毒增效作用观察

目的：观察参芪扶正液对恶性肿瘤化疗减毒增效作用。方法：将108例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组化疗同时给予参芪扶正注射液,250ml/次,1次/d,连续使用14d为1疗程;对照组单用化疗。结果：观察组完全缓解3例,部分缓解25例,有效率50.9%。对照组完全缓解1例,部分缓解15例,有效率30.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组生活质量较对照组明显较高。结论：参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤可以提高近期疗效,减轻化疗的不良反应,增强机体的免疫功能,改善患者生活质量。

Observation of Shenqi Centralizer Liquid Malignant Tumor Chemothergistic and Decrease Toxicity

Objective：To observe the effect of chemotherapy synergistic and decrease toxicity of Shenqi centralizer liquid on malignant tumor.Methods：108 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group with Shenqi to chemotherapy,250 ml/d injection,1 /d,14 consecutive days as a treatment.the group with chemotherapy.Results：the observation group complete remission 3 case（CR） 25 cases of（PR）,the total effective rate of was 52.7%）.CR1 the control group,PR15 the total effective rate was 30.2%.two groups of comparisons have significant difference（P 〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the treatment group than controls obviously improve the quality of life.Conclusion：treatment with combination chemotherapy Shenqi centralizer injection malignant tumor can improve short-term curative effect,and reduce the adverse reaction,enhance chemotherapy immune function,improve the quality of life.
