参术片抗氧化作用的实验研究

目的：探讨参术片的抗氧化作用。方法：用参术片对D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老模型小鼠进行实验,分大、小两个剂量组,设空白对照组、阳性对照组、模型对照组、参术片大、小剂量组。结果：参术片大、小剂量和六味地黄丸能显著降低D-半乳糖亚急性衰老模型小鼠血清中升高的NO水平（P〈0.01）,能显著升高血清中SOD、GSH-Px的水平（P〈0.01）,能显著降低血清中脂质代谢产物MDA的水平（P〈0.01）,能显著增加胸腺指数及脾脏指数（P〈0.01）。结论：提示了参术片可通过抗氧化作用及对NO的影响防治多种疾病的发生,从而延缓衰老。

Lab Study of Anti-oxidation Effects of Shenzhu Table

Objective：To investigate the anti-oxidation effect of Shenzhu table. Method：sub-acute senile model mice were used. They were divided into 5 groups randomly,including control group,model group,positive group,high dose group and low dose group. Results：NO and MDA in serum were decreased by Shenzhu table and Liuweidihuang pill. Meanwhile,SOD and GSH-Px were enhanced by them. Thymus index and spleen index were also increased dramatically（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion：Anti-oxidation and the effect on NO of Shenzhu table were used to prevent and treat many illness and postphone the senile.
