| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：167例确诊患者,均采用西药、中药、牵引、推拿等方法综合治疗。结果：167例中治愈78例,好转69例,显效12例,无效8例,有效率95.2%。结论：中药、牵引、推拿等方法综合治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods：167 cases were cured by comprehensive therapy includes western drugs,herbs,traction,manipulation.Results ：In the 167 cases,there were cured 78 cases,improved 69 cases,effectual 12 cases,ineffective 8 cases,and the effective rate was 95.2%.Conclusion：The comprehensive therapy of herbs,traction,manipulation had the good efficacy in treating acute lumbar disc herniation. |
