史锁芳教授应用大剂量甘草治疗支气管哮喘探讨经验

哮喘是由多种细胞（嗜酸性细胞、肥大细胞、T细胞、中性粒细胞）和细胞成分参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病。这种慢性炎症导致气道反应性的增加,通常出现可逆性的气流受限,并引起反复发作性的喘息、气急、胸闷、咳嗽等症状。肾上腺糖皮质激素是目前最有效的抗炎药。甘草与其在结构和药理作用有相似性,故应用大剂量甘草配伍其他中药治疗支气管哮喘,不仅可以干预本病的发作,还减少了运用激素的不良反应。其大剂量甘草配合其他中药对治疗支气管哮喘有积极和深远的意义。

Discussion on Professor Shi Suofang Treating Bronchial Asthma with Large Doses of Licorice

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease in the airway participated by a combination of cells（eosinophils,mast cells,T cells,neutrophils）and cellular components involved.Such chronic inflammation leads to the increase of airway responsiveness,usually appearing reversible airflow limitation,and causing recurrent episodes of wheezing,shortness of breath,chest tightness,coughing and other symptoms.At present,glucocorticoid is the most effective anti-inflammatory drugs.Licorice has similarities in their structure and pharmacology,so compatible application of large doses of licorice with other Chinese herbs is used in the treatment of bronchial asthma,which not only interferes with the onset of the disease,but also reducse the side effects of hormones.Compatible application of large doses of licorice with other Chinese herbs IN treating bronchial asthma has positive and far-reaching significance.
