恶性肿瘤并发静脉血栓的原因分析及防治干预

目的：寻找恶性肿瘤患者静脉血栓的有效防治方法。方法：对1256例恶性肿瘤住院患者,发生静脉血栓的17例,在中西医结合治疗的同时进行原因分析,对后期住院的1267例患者进行护理预防干预。结果：22例血栓患者5-7d治愈18例,显效2例,有效1例,有效率95.45%,血栓发生率由干预前的1.35%降至0.39%。结论：有效的预防干预能够降低恶性肿瘤患者静脉血栓发生率,中西医结合治疗能够在短期内消除静脉血栓。

Cause Analysis and Prevention Interventions of Malignant Tumor Patients with Venous Thrombosis

Objective：To search the effective method of prevention and treatment for patients with malignant tumor enous thromboembolism.Methods：we studied 1 256 cases of hospital patients with malignant tumor enous thromboembolism,17 cases of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment with the cause analysis,the hospital nursing 1 267 cases prevention interventions.Results：22 cases of patients with thrombosis through 5-7 d,18 cases cured powerfully 2 cases markedly effective,1 cases effective;the total effective rate was 95.45%,the rate of thrombosis can reduce from1.35% to 0.39%.Conclusion：the effective prevention interventions can reduce the incidence of patients with malignant tumor venous thrombosis,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can eliminate enous thromboembolism in the short-term.
