| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨内踝前结节骨折伴三角韧带深层断裂的手术治疗及效果。方法：2002-2008年收治的内踝前结节骨折伴三角韧带深层断裂患者7例,均在切开复位内固定同时修复重建三角韧带深层。结果：随访3-24月不等,按齐氏疗效评定标准：优良5例,可2例。结论：三角韧带深层在骨折切开复位内固定时应得到有效修复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discussion clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of anterior tubercle fracture with ankle deep triangular ligamen trupture.Methods：Anterior tubercle fracture with ankle deep triangular ligament rupture patients treated in 7 cases from 2002 to2008,in all cases with open reduction and internal fixation,repair or reconstruction of the deep triangular ligament at the same time.Results：Follow-up ranged from 3 months to 2 years,efficacy assessment standards by Ziehl：excellent in 5 cases,2 cases can be.Conclusion：The deep triangular ligament in the fracture open reduction and internal fixation should be effectively repaired. |
