中药全身熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

目的：观察中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法：采用HYZ-Ⅱ型熏蒸治疗机中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎200例,将200例患者随机分为两组,治疗组100例,采用中药熏蒸治疗,对照组100例,口服非甾体抗炎镇痛药物芬必得治疗,疗程均为30d,两组均进行药物对症治疗的同时,对临床疗效进行评价。结果：治疗组有效率为95%,对照组有效率为84%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组在改善疼痛及活动功能方面优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：结果表明,中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎,在改善疼痛及功能障碍方面疗效确切。

The Clinical Research of Chinese Systemic Fumigation Treatment on Ankylosing Spondylitis
