加味八珍汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例

目的：观察加味八珍汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。方法：将60例DPN患者,采用单盲法,随机分为2组,对照组30例,口服维生素B1,每次10mg,每日3次;弥可保注射液（日本卫材株式会社生产）500μg,每日1次,肌注;拜阿司匹林片100mg,每日1次,口服;治疗组30例,在对照组基础上加用八珍汤治疗;平均治疗30d后统计疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率87%,对照组60%（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后血脂及运动传导速度（MNCV）、感觉传导速度（SNCV）的改善均较对照组明显（P〈0.05）。结论：加味八珍汤治疗DPN疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated by Modified Ba Zhen Tang

Objective：To observe the efficacy of modified Ba Zhen Tang in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods：Using single-blind method,60 DPN patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 30 patients who were given Ba Zhen Tang and control group of 30 patients who were treated with western medicine therapy,oral administration of vitamin B1,per 10mg,3 times a day;Methycobal injection（Eisai Co.,Ltd.Production）500μg,one time per day for intramuscular injection;Bayaspirin tablets 100mg,one time per day,for oral administration.The treatment effect was analyzed after an average treatment of 30 days.Results：The total effective rate was 87%;the control group 60%（P〈0.05）,blood lipids,motor conduction velocity（MNCV）,sensory nerve conduction velocity（SNCV）than improved significantly those in the control group（P〈0.05）after treatment.Conclusion：Modified Ba Zhen Tang has significant effect in the treatment of DPN.
