中医肿瘤学科现状分析与发展思路

恶性肿瘤是危害人类健康的重大疾病之一。随着自然科学的发展,恶性肿瘤的临床与基础研究取得了可喜的成就。＂综合治疗＂理论的提出,为肿瘤临床治疗提供了更广的空间,手术治疗、放射治疗、化学治疗、生物疗法、中医药治疗等治疗手段相互配合,无疑使更多的肿瘤患者有了根治的希望。其中,中医药治疗作为中国传统特色疗法,在当今恶性肿瘤的综合治疗中发挥着巨大的作用。对中医肿瘤学科发展的现状进行了全面分析,总结了中医药在提高肿瘤患者生活质量、预防转移复发、抗肿瘤多药耐药、中药对肿瘤新生血管的干预及对放疗、化疗减毒增敏等方面开展的一系列研究和取得的成绩,明确了中医肿瘤学科发展中存在的问题,并提出了中医肿瘤学科未来发展的趋势和方向。

Status Quo Analysis and Development Ideas of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology

Tumor is one of the most serious disease critical to human health.With the development of medical sciences,we have acquired gratifying achievements on both clinical and basical research on cancer.The composite treatment has given us much wider space on the clinical treatment of cancer.The therapy that intergrates surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,biotherapy and TCM has brought patients with more chance to survive.TCM the treatment with traditional features is playing a vital role in composite treatment of cancer.This article not only conducts a comprehensive analysis on the recent development of TCM oncolgy,but also summarizes the results of researches about improving the quality of life,preventing metastasis and recurrence,Anti-tumor drug resistance、interventing of tumor angiogenesis and attenuating radiation sensitizing chemotherapy by TCM,it identifies the remaining problem of TCM oncolgy development and to discuss the trends of TCM oncolgy in the future.
