滇龙胆资源家种后灰霉病发生与病原鉴定

目的探讨引起滇龙胆灰霉病的病原种类及滇龙胆资源家种后感染该病的病原鉴定。方法资源圃内以不同来源地居群资源为单位调查自然条件下的发病程度;病害标本进行常规组织分离、鉴定并验证。结果资源圃内所有居群资源均可感染该病,发病株率为47.4%～100%,居群受害严重度有差别。病害标本分离出两种葡萄孢属菌且通过柯赫氏验证。结论滇龙胆灰霉病由葡萄孢属的两种致病菌灰葡萄孢菌及另一短梗葡萄孢菌引起,滇龙胆是葡萄孢属的新记录寄主。

Studies on of diseased and identifi cation of pathogens for grey mould of Gentiana rigescens in Yunnan Chinese

Objective In order to the understanding of the damage and is clear about its cause of disease of grey mould of Gentiana rigescens in Yunnan Chinese to conduct such a study.Methods The incidence of natural conditions is investigated in the garden of the different source populations and by the conventional isolated to separation and identif ication and verif ication of pathogenic on laboratory.Results All resources populations in the garden can be infected with the disease,the diseased plant rate 47.4%~100% and the suffer degree of different populations to have the difference.Two kind of fungus of Botrytis Pers.ex Fr.was isolated from the plant disease specimen and completion to confirm of Koch＇s Postulate.Conclusion The grey mould disease of Gentiana rigescens in Yunnan Chinese caused by Botrytis cinerea and another short stalk of Botrytis Pers.ex Fr.Gentiana rigescens is a new host plant for Botrytis Pers.ex Fr.
