| 摘 要： | 中医学很早就认识到恶性肿瘤与痰有密切关系,痰浊内阻是肿瘤形成的关键因素之一,同时也是恶性肿瘤转移的病因和重要机制。在恶性肿瘤及转移的治疗中,以扶正为基础,重用生半夏、生南星、生牡蛎;擅用全虫、蜈蚣配服胶囊通络散结,控制癌瘤;辨证使用活血化瘀药物。佐以解毒散结药物,对恶性肿瘤及转移患者能起到杀死癌细胞、控制转移、抑制瘤体生长和提高病人生存质量及生存期,效果明显。 |

| Abstract: | Chinese medicine has realized that cancer is closely related with phlegm.Internal stagnation of phlegm is a key factor in tumor formation,which is also the cause and important mechanism for the metastasis of malignant tumor.In the treatment of malignant tumors and metastasis,with supporting healthy qi as the basic treatment principle,raw Banxia,raw Nanxing and raw Muli were used with high doses;the administration of Scorpion and centipede in the form of capsule was used to control carcinoma;drugs with the function of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis were used based on syndrome differentiation;drugs which can diminish stagnation by detoxification were also used.These treatment methods have evident effects in killing cancer cells,controlling metastasis,inhibiting tumor growth and improving the life quality and survival period of patients with malignant tumor and metastasis. |
