急性阑尾炎和阑尾脓肿的超声诊断

目的：探讨高频彩超对急性阑尾炎和阑尾脓肿的诊断。材料与方法：对经手术和病理证实的60例急性阑尾炎和阑尾肿高频彩超的二维图像、血流分布情况进行回顾性分析。结果：术前高频超声诊断为急性阑尾炎和阑尾脓肿符合率为85％（51／60）。超声声像图呈“腊肠”型肿大42例，呈“包块”型9例。结论：高频超声诊断阑尾炎无损伤、无痛苦，系方便又可重复检查的方法。

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis and Appendjx Abscess

Purpose： To study the US diagnostic value of acute appendicitis and appendix abscess. Materials and Methods： US 2D images and blood distributions of 60 cases of acute appendicitis and appendix abscess proved by operation and pathology were presented and analyzed. Results： Us diagnostic coincident rate for acute appendicitis and appendix abscess was 85% （51/60）. US findings were sausage enlargement of the appendix in51 cases, and mass in9 eases. Conclusion： US is a noninvasive, painless, convenient and reproductive image diagnostic＇ s methods for acute appendicitis and appendix abscess.
