消积汤与铂类化疗联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的：消积汤与含铂类化疗联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗效果观察。方法：晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予消积汤联合铂类化疗方案；对照组仅给予铂类化疗方案。结果：治疗组在瘤体大小变化、症状改善、毒副反应及生存质量方面较对照组改善明显。结论：消积汤与铂类化疗联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌时可有效稳定瘤体，改善患者临床症状，提高化疗药物疗效的作用。

Clinical observation on treating non-small cell lung cancer by the Xiaoji decoction plus platinum chemotherapy

Objective： To investigate effects of the Xiaoji decoction plus platinum chemotherapy on treating non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： Patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given the platinum chemotherapy, while another was given the Xiaoji decoction more. Results： In the tumor size changes, the improvement of symptoms, the reaction of the toxic side effects and the quality of life. The total efficiency in the treated group is significant higher. Conclusion： The Xiaoji decoction plus platinum chemotherapy has a significant efficiency in treating non-small cell lung cancer. It has stabilizing effects on the tumor, improved clinical symptoms and improved chemotherapy drug efficacy.
