理中汤在儿童脾胃病中的临床应用

目的：分析理中汤在儿科脾胃病中的临床效果。方法：将我院92例患有十二指肠溃疡的儿童随机分为两组，每组46例。对照组采用奥美拉唑联合抗生素阿莫西林和甲硝唑的治疗方案，观察组采用奥美拉唑、抗生素阿莫西林和甲硝唑联合中药理中汤治疗方案。结果：对照组（奥美拉唑的三联法治疗）中痊愈19例，显效12例，有效8例，无效7例，总有效率84.786%；观察组（中西医联合疗法治疗）中痊愈22例，显效14例，有效8例，无效2例，总有效率95.65%。两组相比较具有临床效果差异（P<0.01）。结论：中西医联合疗法治疗小儿十二指肠溃疡有较好的疗效，值得临床广泛推广。

Clinical application of treating digestive diseases in children with the Lizhong decoction

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Lizhong decoction on treating digestive diseases in children. Methods： 92 children with duodenal ulcer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 46 for each group. The control group was given Omeprazole combined with Amoxicillin and Metronidazole. The observation group was given Lizhong decoction more than the control group. Results： In the control group, 19 cases were cured, markedly effective in 12 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency of 84.786%; in the observation group, 22 cases were cured, markedly effective in 14 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency was 95.65%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine in the treatment of duodenal ulcer has better curative effect, worthy of a wide clinical promotion.
