酒渣鼻从肝论治

酒渣鼻又称酒糟鼻、“红鼻病”，中医一般认为本病发病主要责之于肺、脾、胃脏腑功能失调和淤血为患，西医多认为发病多与皮脂分泌异常和螨虫有关，而笔者从中医基础理论、现代医学研究的角度出发，说明肝在本病发生发展中的重要作用，提出中医治疗酒渣鼻的应将“疏肝理气”法贯穿始终。
