增液汤加减治疗消渴病45例临床观察

目的:本文通过观察研究增液汤加减治疗消渴病的临床疗效,为消渴病的临床治疗作出指导。方法:选择我院2011年9月～2012年12月收治的45例消渴病患者为观察组,给予增液汤加减治疗,选择同期就诊的45例消渴病患者为对照组,给予安慰剂治疗,比较两组在降低空腹血浆葡萄糖水平及缓解躯体不适症状的疗效。结果:治疗后观察组与对照组的空腹血浆葡萄糖水平存在显著差异,伴有腹胀、大便干结、多饮等躯体症状的人数显著降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:增液汤加减治疗消渴病,可显著降低空腹血浆葡萄糖水平,有效缓解多饮、腹胀、大便干结等躯体症状。

Clinical observation on treating 45 cases of diabetes

Objective： To observe and study the clinical effect of the Zengye decoction in treating diabetes, providing clinical guidance for the treatment of diabetes. Methods： 45 patients in our hospital from September 20i2 to December 2012 as the observation group, given the the Zengye decoction for treatment. The same period, 45 cases as a control group, given a placebo, compared the efficacy of two groups in reducing fasting plasma glucose levels and alleviate the symptoms of physical discomfort. Results： After treatment, the observation group and the control group, the fasting plasma glucose level had significant differences, the persons of accompanied by abdominal distension, dry stool, multi-drink and other physical symptoms significantly reduce, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Zengye decoction could be significantly reduced fasting plasma glucose level, effectively alleviate polydipsia, abdominal distension, dry stool somatic symptoms.
