强骨饮治疗骨关节炎合并骨质疏松患者的临床研究

目的：研究强骨饮对于骨关节炎合并骨质疏松患者的临床治疗效果，及相关的治疗机理。方法：选择我院2008年12月～2012年3月入院接受治疗的95例骨性关节炎合并骨质疏松的患者作为研究对象，按照随机分组原则将所有患者分为治疗组50例与对照组45例，分别使用中药强骨饮和钙尔奇进行治疗。其中治疗组服用中药强骨饮1副/d，2次/d，对照组口服钙尔奇D片，1片/d，均治疗3个月。治疗前后分别测量第1～5腰椎骨密度值，并检测患者IL-6和TNF-α水平。结果：两组患者的症状于治疗前后均得到明显改善，将症状体征按照计分方式比较，治疗前两组计分无显著差异性，治疗组治疗后计分明显低于对照组（静息痛，活动痛，晨僵，压痛）。细胞因子水平比较，治疗前两组差异不明显，治疗后治疗组患者的血清IL-6，TNF-α水平显著低于对照组，组间差异明显（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后骨密度均显著升高，治疗组L1，L3，L5平均骨密度水平高于对照组。结论：强骨饮对于骨关节炎并骨质疏松患者具有良好的临床效果，它可以通过增加骨密度，影响细胞因子的水平从而提高骨关节炎合并骨质疏松的治疗水平。

Cell factor level is, the two groups before treated, and no obvious difference in the treated group patients serum IL-6, TNF alpha were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference between group obviously （P〈0.05）; The two groups after treatment in patients with bone mineral density increased significantly, the treated group L3, L5 L1, the average level of bone mineral density higher than those in the control group. Conclusion： Strong bone drink for osteoarthritis and osteoporosis patients has good clinical effect, it can increase bone density, influence the level of cell factors so as to improve the osteoarthritis merger osteoporosis treatment level.
