中西医结合法治疗慢性充血性心功能不全的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心功能不全的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年7月~2012年1月期间收治的慢性充血性心功能不全患者共80例,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,实验组在此基础上再加用中药强心汤,比较两组疗效。结果:两组患者治疗前CI及EF值相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组CI及EF值明显较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后实验组患者显效12例、有效21例、无效7例,总有效率为82.5%,对照组显效10例、有效15例、无效15例,总有效率62.5%,实验组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心功能不全能有效提高患者的心脏指数及心脏射血分数,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation on treating chronic congestive heart failure in the integrative medicine
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of the integrative medicine in treating the chronic congestive heart failure. Methods: 80 patients with chronic congestive heart failure admitted to our hospital from July 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases for each group. The control group was treated with modern medicine. The experimental group was treated in TCM. The experimental group was given more the Qiangxin decoction than the control group, comparing the effect of two groups. Results: Before treatment, CI and EF value were compared, no significant difference (P〉0.05). The experimental group CI and EF values were significantly higher than the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). After treatment, the experimental group markedly effective 12 cases, effective 21 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency was 82.5%. The control group markedly effective 10 cases, markedly effective 15 cases, invalid 15 cases, the total efficiency was 62.5%. The experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Treating in the integrative medicine can improve CI and EF of patients, have a good clinical efficacy, worthy of a clinical application.
