护理干预在新生儿洗澡及抚触中的作用

目的：探讨洗澡和抚触对早期新生儿生长发育的作用,为临床护理提供参考。方法：将我院2011年1月～2011年12月出生的320例新生儿分为干预组和对照组,观察两组产妇泌乳量及睡眠质量、新生儿黄疸、生理性体重下降及胎便排出的变化。结果：两组在产妇泌乳量及睡眠质量、新生儿黄疸、生理性体重下降及胎便排出方面有明显差异,具有统计学意义。结论：新生儿洗澡和抚触对产妇及新生儿有积极的影响,值得推广应用。

Effect of nursing intervention on the bathing and caress of neonates

Objective：To investigate the effect of bathing and caress to neonates.Methods：320 neonates collected from January 2011 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups.Results：Significant differences were detected between the two groups in lactating quantities,sleep quality,pedicterus,weight degression and meconium.Conclusion：Bathing and caress have active effect to puerperant and neonates,worth a wide application.
