针灸加耳穴贴压治疗不寐临床观察

目的：观察针灸加耳穴贴压治疗不寐的临床效果。方法：对78例不寐症患者进行辨证分型后,分别采用针灸和耳穴贴压的方法治疗。结果：19例阴虚火旺型患者中,治愈15例,有效3例,无效1例;14例肝郁化火患者中,治愈12例,有效2例,无效0例;28例心脾两虚型患者中,治愈22例,有效3例,无效3例;12例胃中不和型患者中,治愈9例,有效3例,无效0例;5例心胆气虚型患者中,治愈3例,有效1例,无效1例。结论：针灸加耳穴贴压治疗对治疗不寐症有良好的临床效果。

Clinical observation on treating insomnia with acupuncture and auricular point sticking

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking on treating insomnia.Methods：78 patients were randomly divided into five different types,and given acupuncture and auricular point sticking on different acupoints.Results：Of all the 19 cases of Yinxu Huowang type,15 cases were cured,3 cases were effective and 1 cases were ineffective.Of all the 14 cases of Ganyu Huahuo type,12 cases were cured,2 cases were effective and none were ineffective.Of all the 28 cases of Xinpi Liangxu type,22 cases were cured,3 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.Of all the 12 cases of Weizhong Buhe type,9 cases were cured,3 cases were effective and none were ineffective.Of all the 5 cases of Xindan Qixu type,3 cases were cured,1 case was effective and 1 case was ineffective.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking had a significant effect on insomnia.
