垂体后叶素在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用

目的：子宫肌瘤是女性生殖器最常见的良性肿瘤，近年来，育龄妇女的发病率有上升起势。其引起的月经量增多、不孕、腹痛、肌瘤压迫等临床症状，影响了众多患者的身心健康和生活质量。由于对生活质量的要求和生育能力的保留，越来越多的患者要求保留子宫。方法：2011年1月～2013年1月两年间，共收集115例患者，随机分为两组，研究组（垂体后叶素）57例，对照组（缩宫素）58例。对两组手术患者的手术时间、出血量进行观察。结果：用腹腔镜下垂体后叶素局部注射后再剔除子宫肌瘤的术式治疗子宫肌瘤患者，治疗效果良好，故报道如下。

Objective： Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumor of female genital mutilation, in recent years, women of childbearing age incidence rate is rising. The menstrual quantity increased, abdominal pain, and infertility caused by fibroids clinical symptom such as oppressive, affected the physical and mental health and quality of life of many patients. Because of the requirement for the quality of life and fertility retention, more and more patients require the uterus. Methods： Between January 2011 and January 2013, 2 years were collected, 115 patients were randomly divided into two groups, reasearch group （pituitrin） 57 cases, 58 cases in control group （oxytocin）. Two groups of surgical patients of operation time and blood loss were observed.
