天麻钩藤饮加味治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病60例临床观察

目的：探讨天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床疗效。方法：选择自2010年1月～2012年1月近两年来我院门诊或住院部收治的肝阳上亢型高血压病患者120例，所有患者均符合高血压诊断标准及舌、脉、症均符合肝阳上亢型中医辨证。将其随机分为实验组与对照组，各60例，其中实验组给予中医饮片天麻钩藤饮加减治疗，1剂/d，水煎服，早晚分服；对照组给以硝苯地平缓释片20mg，2次/d，4周1个疗程后观察两组的临床疗效。结果：两组患者经治疗后血压均有不同程度的降低（P<0.05）；实验组60例日常生活各项指标治疗后与治疗前比较有明显改善，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；与对照组比较也具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：天麻钩藤饮加味治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病疗效肯定，降压效果突出，使患者的生活质量得到进一步提高，值得临床中医师学习应用。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of HBP diseases in TCM

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of the Tianma Gouteng decoction in treating HBP diseases. Methods： 120 patients with HBP were diagnoses in TCM, and were divided into two group. In the treated group the decoction was given, and in the control Nifedipine 20mg was given 2 times/d, for 4 weeks. Results： All Patients were improve in HBP （P〈0.05）; in the treated group many life indexes were improved following treatment than in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of the Tianma Gouteng decoction was verified in treating HBP, and is worth being spread.
