黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗血虚痹证的临床研究

目的：探究黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗血虚痹证的临床疗效。方法：抽取2011年2月～2012年5月本门诊诊治的血虚痹证患者50例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组25例，对照组患者给予祛风活络丸治疗，治疗组患者给予黄芪桂枝五物汤进行治疗，3个疗程后观察两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组患者的临床有效率（92%）显著高于对照组（64%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗血虚痹证有显著的临床疗效，为临床上该病的治疗提供一定的参考意义。

Clinical research on treating blood deficiency of rheumatism with the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in treating blood deficiency of rheumatism. Methods： In our hospital from February 2011 to May 2012, 50 cases were treated and choose, randomly divided into control group and treated group, 25 cases in each group, the control group was given Qufeng Huoluo pills, the treated group was given the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction, the clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed after 3 courses of treatment. Results： The clinical efficiency of the treated group （92%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （64%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction was significant in treating blood deficiency of rheumatism, which provided certain reference for the clinical treatment of the disease
