| 摘 要： | 目的：观察消疹汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法：140例患者随机分为两组，治疗组72例采用内服消疹汤（自拟方）联合窄谱中波紫外线照射；对照组68例单纯采用窄谱中波紫外线照射（1次/d），10d为1个疗程，观察疗效。结果：治疗组有效率88.89%，对照组72.06%，治疗组疗效优于对照组，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：消疹汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效好，起效快，安全有效。

Clinical observation on treating pityriasis rosea by NB-UVB and the Xiaozhen decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating pityriasis rosea by NB-UVB and the Xiao Zhen decoction. Methods： 140 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 72 cases in the treated group were given NB-UVB and Xiao Zhen decoction, 68 cases in control group were given NB-UVB. 10 days as a course. Results： The efficiency rates were 88.89% in the treated group and 72.06% in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： NB-UVB and the Xiaozhen decoction has a satisfactory effect in treating pityriasis roseas. |
