热咳喘胶囊结合针刺治疗哮喘发作期临床疗效观察

目的:观察热咳喘胶囊结合针刺治疗支气管哮喘发作期患者的临床疗效。方法:把符合条件的120例患者,按照初诊顺序随机分为治疗组(热咳喘胶囊加针刺组)、中药治疗组(热咳喘胶囊)、针刺组、西药组,每组30人。治疗组:给予热咳喘胶囊3次/d,每次4～6粒,同时每日结合针刺肺俞(双侧)、定喘(双侧)、足三里(双侧)、丰隆(双侧)、天突穴位1次;针刺组:治疗方法同治疗组的针刺治疗;中药组(热咳喘胶囊):治疗方法同治疗组中药治疗,(注:上述三组治疗期间,停止使用一切西药抗哮喘药物);西药组:沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂50/250ug×60吸,2次/d,每次1吸;疗程结束后,观察疗效,EOS、IgE、PEF、FEV1等指标的变化。结果:①治疗组与西药组疗效明显好于中药组、针刺组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);②西药组疗效最好,治疗组次之,但两者没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:本研究表明针药结合能明显改善哮喘发作期患者的临床疗效,显著改善肺功能的同时,还能降低气道炎性反应,虽治疗结果显示治疗组略逊于西药组,两组之间没有显著性差异。

Clinical observation on treating BA with Rekechuan capsules and acupuncture

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of rekechuan capsules combined with acupuncture on treating bronchial asthma （BA）.Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into four groups,30 patients in each group.The modern medicine treated group was given Salmeterol inhalant twice a day.The TCM treated group was given rekechuan capsules 3 times a day.The acupuncture treated group was given acupuncture on Feiyu,Dingchuan,Zusanli,Fenglong and Tiantu once a day.The integrative treatment group was given both the TCM in TCM treated group and the acupuncture in acupuncture treated group.The efficacies in the four groups were investigated on the variation of EOS,IgE,PEF,FEV1.Results：The efficacies in the integrative treatment group and the modern medicine treated group were significantly better than those in the TCM treated group and the acupuncture treated group （P〈0.05）.The efficacy in the modern medicine treated group was the best,no significant differences with that in the integrative treatment group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Rekechuan capsules combined with acupuncture was effective on treating bronchial asthma.
