芎芷驱风饮治疗血管神经性头痛37例疗效观察

目的：观察自拟芎芷驱风饮治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法：采用自拟芎芷驱风饮治疗血管神经性头痛37例，并随症加减，1剂/d，10剂为1个疗程。结果：治愈21例（56.8%），显效9例（24.3%），有效4例（10.8%），无效3例（8.1%），总有效率91.9%。结论：芎芷驱风饮有祛风通络，平肝潜阳之功，故治疗血管神经性头痛疗效满意。

Efficacy observation of the Xiongzhi Qufeng decoction on treating 37 cases of angioneurotic headache

Objective： To analyze the clinical effects of the Xiongzhi Qufeng decoction on treating angioneurotic headache. Methods： 37 cases were given the Xiongzhi Qufeng decoction, Subtraction with the disease, one preparation a day, 10 preparations as a course. Results： 21 cases were cured （56.8%）, 9 cases were markedly effective （24.3%）, effective in 4 cases （10.8%）, 3 cases of no avail （8.1%）, the total efficiency was 91.9%. Conclusion： The Xiongzhi Qufeng decoction can Qufeng Tongluo, Pinggan Qianyang, so the treatment ofneurovascular headache were satisfactory.
