中西医结合治疗膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗膝关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法：将104例膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为两组。对照组52例采用综合疗法，必要时给予对症处理。治疗组52例在对照组基础上加用中药热敷治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为94.23%。对照组总有效率为82.69%。两组疗效比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效较好。

Clinical observation on treating knee synovitis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine in treating knee synovitis. Methods： 104 patients were randomly clivided into 2 groups. In the control 52 patients were given the multi-therapy. In the treated group external application of TCM medicine were applied more than the control. Results： In the treated the total efficiency was 94.23%, it was 82.69% in the control. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM is more effective than modem medicine therapy solo.
