中医外治法与卵巢囊肿

卵巢囊肿属妇科常见病、多发病，其多发于生育期妇女，发病占生育期妇女的15%，中医将卵巢囊肿归属为“症瘕”、“积聚”、“肠覃”等范畴。目前西医主要是激素疗法与手术治疗，激素治疗副作用太大；手术对未育妇女的生育能力可能受到影响，且复发率较高而中医药对卵巢囊肿的保守治疗是减少手术痛苦且行之有效的治疗方法。中药外治法提高局部药效浓度及疗效方面弥补了内治法的不足，使药物直接作用于患处，从而达到治疗目的。临床研究报道，中药外治法对卵巢囊肿的治疗得到良好的效果，并有效的减少了副作用。
