中西医结合治疗高胆红素血症的临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法:筛选高胆红素血症患者64例,随机分为治疗组、对照组,对照组给予光疗,鲁米那5mg·kg-1·d-1,分3次口服,同时给维生素C、B。治疗组在此基础上,另外加用茵陈蒿汤系列方加减治疗,进行临床观察。结果:通过观察两组治疗结果发现,治疗组明显优于对照组,治愈率达96.6%。结论:治疗组比对照组疗程短,疗效高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating hyperbilirubinemia in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating hyperbilirubinemia. Methods： 64 patients with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into control group and treated group. The control group was given phototherapy, Luminal 5 mg -kg-1 .d-1, orally 3 times, while giving vitamin C and vitamin B. The treated group was given modified Yinchenhao decoction more than the control. Results： Through the treatment of the two groups were found that the treated group was significantly better than the control group, the cure rate was 96.6%. Conclusion： The course of treatment of the treated group was shorter than the control group, and the efficacy was higher, worthy of a wide clinical application.
