中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年6月～2012年6月我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病60例进行回顾性分析，随机分成观察组和对照组两组，每组30例，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组仅采用常规西医治疗，观察两组治疗效果及治疗前后肺功能情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后肺功能较治疗前有显著提高（P<0.05），且观察组提高水平明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病能够有效改善患者的肺功能，效果显著，值得临床推广。

Effect observation on treating COPD in the integrative medicine

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating COPD. Methods： 60 cases of our hospital from Jun. 2010 to Jun. 2012 were randomly and equally divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with the integrative medicine and the control group was given conventional modem medicine treatment. To observe the clinical effect and the lung function before and aider treatment of the two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. The lung function of the two groups improved markedly （P〈0.05） and the observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can effectively improve the lung function in patients with COPD. The effect is significant, It is worthy of a clinical application.
