中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的临床分析

目的：探讨中西医结合疗法对肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法：将我院自2009年6月～2011年6月收治的96例患有肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组是在西医治疗的基础上结合中药制剂生脉注射液和黄芪注射液进行联合治疗。结果：对照组治疗总有效率为79.2%，治疗组总有效率为95.8%，且治疗组中患者临床症状改善时间优于对照组，P<0.05，两组差异有统计学意义。结论：采用西医联合生脉注射液和黄芪注射液对于治疗肺源性心脏病联合心力衰竭的疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of treating chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure by integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the integrative medicine therapy on treating chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure. Methods： Admitted to our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011, 96 patients with pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure were randomly divided into treated group and control group, the control group were treated with routine modem medicine, while the treated group was given the TCM preparation Shengmai injection and Huangqi injection combination therapy. Results： The total efficiency in the control group was 79.2%, 95.8% in the treated, and the clinical symptoms improved time was significantly higher, P〈0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion： The modem medicine combined with the Shengmai injection and Huangqi injection was effective in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure, worthy of a wide clinical application.
