心理护理对妇科肿瘤患者术后的心理影响分析

目的：研究并分析心理护理对妇科肿瘤患者术后的心理影响，并总结患者的心理护理措施。方法：我院妇科门诊共收治肿瘤患者122例，随机将所有患者进行分组处理，即对照组的61例患者进行常规护理，观察组的61例患者在常规护理的基础上加用心理护理，对比上述两组手术后的心理状态。结果：观察组患者术后的心理状态明显优于对照组患者，二者之间的差异具有显著性，即P<0.05。结论：对妇科肿瘤患者进行积极的心理护理有助于缓解患者的负面、消极情绪，对促进患者病情康复具有十分重要的积极意义，值得推广。

An analysis of psychological impact of psychological nursing on gynecologic oncology patients

Objective： To research and analyze the psychological nursing on psychological impact of patients with gynecologic oncology and summarize the nursing measures of patients. Methods： 122 patients with gynecologic oncology admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 61 for each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological nursing more. Results： The mentation of patients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group of patients, the difference between the two groups was significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The psychological nursing of patients with gynecologic oncology was positive improve the patients＇ negative emotions which had great significance in promoting patients＇ recovery, worthy of a wide promotion.
