| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨里缝伤筋手法治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效，并与对照手法1]对比。结果：228例膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者，两组间治疗后疗效比较，试验组优良率86.0%，对照组优良率67.6%，试验组优良率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：里缝伤筋手法治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤疗效确切，且治疗效果优于对照手法。

Clinical observation on treating medial knee collateral ligament injury by the Lifeng Shangjin method |

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of Lifeng Shangjin method on treating medial knee collateral ligament injury and compared with the control method. Results： 228 patients with medial knee collateral ligament injury, the excellent and good rate of the experiment group was 86.0%, while the control group was 67.6%. The former one was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Lifeng Shangjin method is effective, better than the control method. |
