复方地龙胶囊治疗急性面神经炎40例

目的：观察复方地龙胶囊治疗急性面神经炎的效果。方法：将80例患者分为治疗组、对照组两组,治疗组40例在西医常规治疗的基础上加用复方地龙胶囊治疗,对照组40例给予西医常规治疗,均治疗4周,观察两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈27例（67.5%）,好转12例（30.0%）,无效1例（2.5%）;对照组治愈19例（47.5%）,好转11例（27.5%）,无效10例（25.0%）;治疗组总有效率（97.5%）高于对照组（75.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方地龙胶囊治疗急性面神经炎疗效显著,有效率高。

Treating 40 cases of acute facial neuritis with compound Dilong capsule

Objective：To observe the curative effect of compound Dilong capsule on acute facial neuritis.Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 in each group.The control group was given routine modern medical treatment,while the treated group was given compound Dilong capsules more.The clinical efficacies in the two groups were investigated after 4 weeks＇ treatment.Results：In the treated group,27 patients （67.5%） were cured,12 patients（30.0%） were improved,1 case （2.5%） was ineffective;while in the control group,19 cases （47.5%）were cured,11 cases （25.0%） were improved,10 cases （25.0%） were invalid.The total effective in the treated group （97.5%） was higher than control group （75.0%）,with significant differences （P〈0.05）.Compound：Complex Dilong capsule was effective on acute facial neuritis.
