| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生物反馈结合盆底电刺激治疗压力性尿失禁的治疗方案及疗效。方法28例压力性尿失禁患者随机进入前瞻性研究,应用生物反馈和盆底电刺激治疗仪进行治疗,制定适宜的治疗方案,随访观察治疗效果。结果28例患者,17例患者治疗后无漏尿,9例患者尿失禁程度减轻,2例患者认为无效。28例患者总满意率达86%。治疗后VLPP、MCC、Pdet.Qmax、MCP的增加显著高于治疗前,MFR、BC及SFL治疗前后无显著差异。结论生物反馈及盆底电刺激疗法能够有效治疗压力性尿失禁,同时应强调个体化的治疗原则及患者主动参与治疗。
