| 摘 要： | 目的:观察止淋合剂对急性下尿路感染的疗效。方法:随机分为两组,治疗组服用止淋合剂,对照组服用分清止淋丸,连续服药1周。对用药前后两组症状、尿常规检查、总疗效进行比较。结果:止淋合剂组治疗急性下尿路感染的疗效明显高于分清止淋丸组(P<0.05)。结论:止淋合剂治疗急性下尿路感染具有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Zhilin decoction in the emergency lower urinary tract infection. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups, Zhilin decoction group and Fenqing-zhilin pill group. The treatment was applied for one weeks continuously. We examined symptoms and routine urine examinations of both groups before and after treatment. Then we recorded and compared the gross effect of both groups. Results: The effect of the Zhilin decoction group was significantly better than Fenqing-zhilin pill group (P<0.05) in the treatment of emergency lower urinary tract infection. Conclusion: Zhilin decoction has good clinical effect in the treatment of the emergency lower urinary tract infection. |
