炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗手足口病的疗效观察

目的探讨观察炎琥宁联合利巴韦林在治疗手足口病上的疗效,并研究两者治疗的安全性。方法选取该院2009年6月—2011年1月收治的100例手足口病患者,将其随机分为50例观察组和50例对照组。观察组对患者采用5～10mg/（kg·d）炎琥宁联合10mg/（kg.d）利巴韦林予以治疗,对照组则仅采用10mg/（kg·d）利巴韦林,两者均采用5%葡萄糖注射液100mL,予以静滴,1次/d。收集两组患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果观察组中患者的退热时间（2.10±1.21）d和痊愈时间（4.45±1.42）d明显比对照组的（3.75±1.34）d、（6.48±1.49）d短,且观察组的治愈率（30/50）高于对照组（10/50）。两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论炎琥宁联合利巴韦林在手足口病的疗效高于利巴韦林,不良反应较小,安全性较高,值得医学上推广。

Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrographolide Succinate Combined with Ribavirin in The treatment of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease Curative Effect Observation

Objective To investigate the clinical observation and ribavirin in the treatment of foot and mouth disease on its efficacy, and study both the therapeutic safety. Methods from June 2009 to January 2011 in our hospital 100 cases of hand foot and mouth disease patients, which were divided into 50 cases of observation group and a control group of 50 cases. The observation group for patients with 5 ～ 10mg/（kg·d） potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate combined with 10mg/（kg·d） ribavirin to treatment, while the control group only using 10mg/（kg·d） ribavirin, both with 5% glucose injection for intravenous drip of 100ml, [1] , once a day. Collection of two groups of patients with the clinical data, retrospective analysis. Results the observation group in patients with fever time （2.10± 1.21） d time and recovery time （4.45 ±1.42） d were more than that in the control group （3.75 ±1.34） d, （6.48 ±1.49） d, and the cure rate in observation group （30/50） than that of the control group （10/50）. Two sets of data compared with statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate combined with ribavirin on hand foot mouth disease efficacy than ribavirin, less side effect, higher safety, worth medicine promotion.
