螺旋CT三期扫描对小肝癌的诊断

目的:探讨螺旋CT三期增强扫描对小肝癌的早期诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析56例小肝癌患者的临床及影像学资料,阅片分析平扫与三期增强扫描图像影像学特点。结果:小病灶的CT图像特点为,CT平扫时病灶呈等密度或低密度影,动脉期增强扫描呈等密度或高密度影;门静脉期增强扫描呈高密度、等密度或低密度影;延迟期增强扫描呈等密度或低密度影。56例患者,共发现280个小病灶。结论:为提高小肝癌患者微小病灶的检出率,给予螺旋CT三期扫描是十分必要的。

Diagnosis of Spiral CT Three-phase Scan on Small Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To observe the value of early diagnosis of spiral CT three-phase scan on small hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 56 patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma treated were analyzed retrospectively,Making diagnostic analysis on the imaging characteristics of plain and three phase enhancement scanning image.Results CT image characteristics of small lesions was,when CT scanning was conducted,the lesion showed isodense or low density shadow,arterial phase enhancement scanning showed density or high density shadow,portal vein enhancement scan showed high-density,density or low density shadow,and delayed phae scan showed density or low density shadow.There were 280 small lesions among 56 patients.Conclusion In order to improve the detection rate of small lesions on patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma,giving three phase spiral CT scanning is necessary.
