床头安全标识在心内科住院患者中的应用

目的:探讨安全标识在心内科住院患者中的应用。方法:选择2011年6～12月在心内科住院的患者660例为对照组,2012年1～6月在心内科住院的患者680例为观察组。对照组按患者的病情检查治疗护理的特殊要求采用常规的口头交代的方法管理。观察组在此基础上根据患者的特殊治疗护理要求在床头使用安全标识。结果:实施安全标识管理后,观察组患者专科健康教育的效果较对照组明显提高(P<0.01);护理不良事件的发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:应用床头安全标识可有效规范护士的服务行为,加强细节管理,满足患者需求,可显著提高专科健康教育的效果,降低和防止护理不良事件的发生,提高医疗护理质量和工作效率,可在临床推广应用。

Application of bedside safety identification in hospitalized patients in department of cardiology

Objective To discuss the application of bedside safety identification in hospitalized patients.Method We selected 660 cases of patients hospitalized from June 2011 to December 2011 as control group,and 680 cases of patients hospitalized from January 2012 to June 2012 as observation group.Control group patients used the method of conventional oral to manage according to special request of work-up therapy and nursing.Observation group patients had bedside safety identifacation according to the patients′ special therapy and nursing request on the basis of control group.Results After the implementation of bedside safety identification,the effect of specialist health education in observation group was improved compared with the control group(P<0.01);the rate of adverse events was reduced compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Applying the bedside safety identification can regularize the nursing services,strengthen detial management,meet the requirements of patients,and can also significantly improve the effectiveness of specialist health education,reduce and prevent the occurrence rate of adverse events,improve the quality and efficiency of medical care,and can be used in clinical application.
