| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨预见性护理在鼻腔术后镇痛效果情况。方法:分析耳鼻喉科收治的行鼻腔手术患者60例临床资料,依据护理方法不同进行分组,对照组(常规护理组)30例和观察组(预见性护理组)30例。结果:观察组镇痛满意程度评价和术后6小时、12小时、24小时疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义((P<0.05))。结论:预见性护理在鼻腔术后镇痛效果明显,值得临床应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To approach analgesia result score after nasal cavity operation by predictive nursing care.Method We analyzed clinical data of 60 cases after nasal cavity operation,which divided into control group(routine nursing group) with 30 cases and detection group(predictive nursing care group) with 30 cases.Results The analgesic satisfaction degree evaluation and postoperative 6h、12h、24h pain score of detection group were better than those of control group,P<0.05,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The analgesia result score after nasal cavity operation by predictive nursing care was obviously,which was to be used. |
