槟榔花中槟榔碱的热回流提取工艺优化

摘    要:目的:研究槟榔花中槟榔碱的热回流提取最佳工艺.方法:以氢溴酸槟榔碱提取含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验研究料液比、提取时间和提取次数3个因素对槟榔花中热回流提取槟榔碱的影响,得出槟榔花中槟榔碱的最佳提取工艺.结果:从槟榔花中热回流提取槟榔碱的最佳工艺为料液比1∶80,提取时间25 min,提取次数3次.最佳条件下槟榔碱提取含量可达(4.31 ±0.047) mg·g-1.结论:该工艺简单、高效,能有效提取槟榔花中的槟榔碱,与旧工艺的提取含量(3.38±0.03) mg·g-1有显著性差异.

Abstract:Objective: To study the condition of heat reflux extraction of arecoline from Areca inflorescence. Method: With yield of arecoline as index, effect of solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times on the yield of arecoline was investigated by L9 (34) orthogonal test to obtain the best extraction conditions. Result: The optimum condition of heat reflux extraction of arecoline from A. inflorescence was as follows:ratio of liquid to material 80:1, extraction time 25 min, 3 times for extraction. The yield of arecoline was (4.31±0.047) mg·g-1. Conclusion: This optimized technology is simple, efficient and suitable for extraction of arecoline from A. inflorescence. It has significant differences compared with old heat reflux extraction technology which yield of arecoline is (3.38±0.03) mg·g-1.
