摘    要:目的:通过对不同入药方式下三七中有效成分三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1和类金属砷的含量进行测定,研究不同入药方式对三七安全有效利用的影响.方法:三七生粉试样按照直接入药、水提取和乙醇提取3种方式进行前处理,经湿法消解后,采用氢化物发生原子荧光法(AFS)测定砷含量;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定有效成分含量,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.05%磷酸(B)进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为203 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃.结果:乙醇提取液的砷含量最少,人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1含量最多.结论:乙醇回流的提取方法与水煎煮的提取方法相比,其砷含量较低(平均值分别为0.023 5,0.1108 mg·kg-)且保留更多药效成分含量(总皂苷含量平均值分别为9.098%,7.738%),可能可代替水煎煮的提取方法.
